WA Automate connects to the official Meta Cloud API via Facebook Business Manager. This ensures your WhatsApp Business account is verified, secure, and fully compliant with Meta's platform policies.

How to Connect via Facebook Business Manager

  1. Log In to your WA Automate dashboard and navigate to Settings → WhatsApp Connection.
  2. Click Connect via Meta. You will be redirected to the Facebook Business Manager embedded signup flow.
  3. Log in with your Facebook account and select or create your Meta Business Portfolio.
  4. Follow the prompts to verify your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and select your phone number.
  5. Grant the required permissions and return to the WA Automate dashboard. Your account will be linked automatically.
Official Meta Integration This integration uses the Meta Cloud API. No QR codes or unofficial bridges are used. Your account is managed entirely through Facebook Business Manager, ensuring full policy compliance and platform stability.

  • A verified Facebook Business Manager account.
  • A WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) associated with your business.
  • A dedicated phone number registered for WhatsApp Business API use.

WA Automate is built on the official Meta Cloud API and operates in full accordance with Meta's WhatsApp Business platform policies. All messaging activity must comply with Meta's guidelines to maintain account standing.

Meta's Core Messaging Policies

  • Opt-In Required: You may only message users who have explicitly opted in to receive WhatsApp communications from your business.
  • Approved Templates: Proactive (business-initiated) messages must use Meta-approved message templates. Templates are reviewed by Meta before use.
  • No Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk messages is a violation of the WhatsApp Business Policy and may result in account suspension.
  • Honest Representation: Your business name, identity, and message content must be truthful and accurately represent your organisation.
  • Data Privacy: Handle all user data in compliance with applicable privacy laws and Meta's data policies.

  • Limits: No monthly message limits apply. Usage is governed by Meta's WhatsApp Business API tier assigned to your WABA.
  • Payments: There are no subscription fees. Access is provisioned directly by the Sterling AI Academy team.
