1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WA Automate ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use this platform.

2. Description of Service

WA Automate is a WhatsApp Business messaging platform developed by Sterling AI Academy. It enables businesses to send bulk messages, manage contacts, and run marketing campaigns via the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

3. WhatsApp Business Policy Compliance

By using WA Automate, you agree to comply with:

⚠️ Important: You must only send messages to users who have explicitly opted in to receive communications from your business. Sending spam or unsolicited messages is a violation of WhatsApp Business Policy and these Terms, and may result in immediate account suspension.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use WA Automate to:

Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to users who have not opted in.
Send content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or violates WhatsApp's policies.
Promote illegal products or services.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Attempt to circumvent Meta's rate limits or message policies.
Resell or redistribute access to the platform without written authorisation from Sterling AI Academy.

5. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Obtaining proper consent from contacts before adding them to the platform.
Ensuring the accuracy and legality of all contact data you upload.
Complying with applicable data protection laws (including India's DPDP Act 2023, GDPR where applicable).

6. Message Templates

All message templates sent via the Meta Cloud API must be pre-approved by Meta. WA Automate helps you create and submit templates, but approval is at Meta's sole discretion. We are not responsible for template rejections by Meta.

7. Limitations of Liability

Sterling AI Academy is not liable for:

Messages blocked or rejected by Meta's spam filters.
Account restrictions imposed by Meta for policy violations.
Data loss due to third-party service outages (Meta, Google Cloud).
Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or WhatsApp Business Policy, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

STERLING AI ACADEMY PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
