• WhatsApp Business Data: Your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID, phone number ID, and access tokens provided via Meta Embedded Signup.
• Contact Data: Names and phone numbers of contacts you upload via CSV or add manually.
• Campaign Data: Message content, templates, and delivery logs for campaigns you create.
• Usage Data: API request logs, error logs, and system performance metrics for operational purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To send WhatsApp Business messages on your behalf via the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.
• To store and manage your contacts and campaign history.
• To generate AI-assisted message content using Google Gemini AI.
• To authenticate your account and maintain session security.
• To improve platform reliability and fix technical issues.

4. Meta WhatsApp Cloud API

WA Automate uses the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API to send messages. By using this platform, you agree to comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Platform Terms. We act as a data processor on your behalf when sending messages through Meta's infrastructure.

5. Data Storage & Security

• All data is stored on encrypted servers in secure data centres.
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — we never store plain-text passwords.
• Access tokens from Meta are stored encrypted and used only to send messages you authorise.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Contact data and campaign history are retained until you delete them or close your account. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

• Access and download your data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and all associated data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
